SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – PAYMENT

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Guidelines for Consultation

TIMINGS FOR CONSULTATION: 10 AM-1:30 PM & 4 PM-7:30 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun)

FEES: New Consultation: Rs 500 and Follow Up- Rs 300.

  • Wednesday is our Weekly Off.
  • Please book your appointment in advance @011-45034048 or 9560113189 (Call between 9 AM-7PM). Please call on the mentioned numbers for the issues they are assigned for.
  • Please book a separate appointment for consultation and therapy (if needed).
  • Please book separate appointments if you want to consult with more than one person.
  • Please reach at least 10 min before the scheduled time.
  • Please pay the consultation fee before the consultation.
  • Walk-in appointments can be adjusted only in the vacant slots or cancelled slots.
  • For first time consultation, please fill the registration form completely for the doctor to have a better understanding of your illness.
  • All follow up consultations are chargeable.
  • Please bring all your previous prescriptions with you for follow up consultation.
  • Normally it takes 20 Min for first time consultation & 10 Min for follow up, but some patients may take more time, in case you are requested to have patience as you may be the next who may require more time.
  • If you have already consulted our doctor and you want to clear any doubt (related to your consultation which you forgot to ask), please What’s App your prescription @ 9560113189 and write your query. We shall reply ASAP.
  • Please understand the method of intake of various medicine very carefully. For any query please don’t hesitate to ask.
  • Prior appointments can be fixed tentatively and will be confirmed only one day before the scheduled date.
  • Medical Representative’s visit time: 11: 30AM -1 PM, &4 PM – 6 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, & Fri only)
  • In case of a delay to reach the centre for your appointment at the allotted time slot, please inform one hour before your allotted time slot, so that patients in que for the same time slot can be considered. You are requested to cooperate when a prior appointment is delayed.
  • Please take proper follow up consultations with your doctor as advised and don’t continue taking the prescribed medicines for more than the prescribed time period.

PLEASE NOTE WE DON’T DEAL IN EMERGENCY CASES. NO HOME VISITS.
